Send Training

Matt Ferrara (coach of the Rock City Crew) and Chris Desir (coach of the Common Ground climbing team) are using their combined 16 years of climbing/training experience to help you reach your climbing potential.

This program meets twice per week for four months, and is designed for adults who want to learn technique, build muscle and improve their climbing IQ.
