She has participated in yoga leadership trainings in Sundance, Utah, and Berlin, Germany, and has five years of teaching experience. In her yoga classes, you can expect continuous flowy movements, gooey stretches, and vibey playlists. Her approach is one of softness, where the transitions are just as important as the postures themselves. Annabelle leads trauma-informed yoga, so any physical touch is of a restorative, supportive nature and only given with your consent.
